Donet Schäfer Reimer Architekten (DOSCRE) was founded in 2018 by Pablo Donet, Tim Schäfer and Tanja Reimer. In recent years, the practice has focused particularly on socially responsible and forward-looking housing projects, as well as a wide range of urban planning and strategic studies. An open and impartial engagement with complex conditions, conflicting objectives and diverse stakeholders is seen as a driving force behind their architectural design work. Their interest in the further development of existing structures, and their view of transformation as a new planning norm, has increasingly moved to the forefront of their work. With each new commission, the practice broadens its scope, addressing key questions of architectural culture through specialist publications, research and teaching. The team currently numbers eleven members.
