These terms apply when you submit any material to Divisare, including projects, drawings, photographs, images, texts, videos, or any other content intended for publication on the Divisare website or newsletter.

By submitting material, you agree to the following:

License

You grant Divisare a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish and display your material on its website and related channels.

This license remains valid until you withdraw it by written notice to divisare@divisare.com.

Editorial control

Divisare may edit, adapt, or format the material you submit, including text, captions, and credits. We may also decide not to publish it, or to remove it at any time.

Rights and responsibilities

You confirm that the material you submit does not infringe any third-party rights and that you have all necessary permissions to share it, including photographic rights where applicable.

Please ensure that all authors and collaborators, including photographers, are properly credited.

If any third party raises a claim regarding your submission, you agree to notify us promptly.

Liability

You agree to indemnify Divisare against any claims arising from a breach of these terms or from the infringement of third-party rights.

Updates and governing law

These terms may be updated at any time. The version in force at the time of submission applies.

These terms are governed by Italian law.
