BURR is an experimental architecture practice led by Elena Fuertes, Ramón Martínez, Álvaro Molins and Jorge Sobejano. Their practice is semantically grounded in the english term that names them, BURR, which defines imperfections and remnants that appear in a process of material modification. Their interest focuses on situations often considered as leftovers or outside aesthetic or practical canons.
