Office -Building in Braunschweig by KSP Engel
The new headquarters for the Deutsche Bahn subsidiary ESE was built according to the plans of KSP Engel.
As the first building block of the planned Europaviertel along Braunschweig's Bürgerpark, the new office building also makes an architectural statement: the 8-storey head-end building with the top technical floor as a ‘crown’ marks the new headquarters of ESE in the office and commercial quarter at Bürgerpark.
The engineering and software company, which specialises in technical solutions as well as software and system development for the railway, industrial and automotive sectors, has secured the 8,640 m² office building as the sole main tenant.
Here, the Deutsche Bahn subsidiary will consolidate its workforce, which was previously spread across several locations in Braunschweig, into one location.
