G39, situated in the vibrant Veronica Anzures district of Mexico City, is a unique and dynamic tower seamlessly integrated into a multi-use urban landscape. The project's success stems from the harmonious balance of three pivotal elements: concept, use, and location. This amalgamation has resulted in a captivating 10-story mixed-use building that not only reflects the local community but actively contributes to it.
At the core of G39 is its flexible living concept, responding to social needs by fostering a sense of community. The design strategically leverages the permitted land use in the area, merging residential, commercial, and office spaces. This integration not only provides diverse functionality but also creates a bustling environment with economic benefits and options for users.
The building's structure comprises four residential floors, five office floors, and two retail spaces strategically placed on the ground level. The dynamic movement observed in the tower, characterized by a gradual torsion, mirrors the energetic street life below. The central patio enhances interior spaces with light and air, creating a visual unity and rhythmic harmony between the two towers.
The façade serves both practical and aesthetic purposes, featuring a double skin that enhances insulation and forms a captivating lattice around the building. This lattice, marked with distinct colors for various uses, creates a dynamic visual effect that changes with the viewer's perspective, adding an organic and emotional dimension to the structure.
G39 not only stands out in the city's skyline but also enriches the neighborhood by providing a unique blend of flexible spaces, breathtaking views, and an innovative approach to design.
