A mid-century bungalow in Ghent was carefully reworked for contemporary family life. We introduced a slender blue ceramic tower that brings daylight deep into the house, untangles the circulation and links the two offset floor levels. New rust-toned aluminum windows and a fully renewed interior build on the warm clarity of the original modernist character. The home retains its identity, yet a precise contemporary addition brings new coherence and a calm spatial rhythm.
