Borsoni Theatre, Rezzato (Brescia), Architect: Camillo Botticini
A photographic project realized during the architectural photography workshop at LABA, Brescia, under the invitation of architect Camillo Botticini. The images explore the Borsoni Theatre in Rezzato, an award-winning project of urban regeneration that redefines the dialogue between architecture, landscape, and community.
Invited by architect Camillo Botticini to participate in the architectural photography workshop at the Libera Accademia di Belle Arti (LABA) in Brescia, I developed a photographic project focused on the Borsoni Theatre in Rezzato, a significant example of contemporary urban renewal.
Designed by Botticini himself, the project reinterprets the relationship between public space and the urban fabric, restoring to the community a place of encounter and culture.
My photographic work sought to capture the dialogue between geometry and light, between architectural form and the human presence that brings the building to life.
Through photography, the project becomes both interpretation and reflection — a reading of an architecture that balances civic meaning, material clarity, and the poetic dimension of space.
