A four-story residential building is being constructed in the homogeneous village structure of Wohlen. Perpendicular to the street, it is set back from it, creating space for a series of loosely arranged groups of trees. Behind a metal façade is a wooden structure—two compact buildings that are offset from each other and rest on a concrete base. A floor offset creates a covered outdoor space on the ground floor and an attic with a view of the intensively greened landscape roof. Two apartments per floor, each facing in opposite directions, are offset from each other, giving them a parallel view of the park.
