The project is located in Tregnago's historic center, within a private courtyard. The building develops longitudinally between two houses, with north-south facades. The north elevation faces the courtyard, the south one the private garden. The modular structure with beams and pillars is built from north to south elevation. The repetition of structural elements creates an anti-seismic cage where wood blocks the thrust of stone walls. Pillars reach 3x3cm sections.
The north facade, hermetic, houses entrance and services; the south one is glazed for light and garden connection. A central block between kitchen and living room houses utilities. The staircase acts as bracing. The north elevation is in Prun stone, inspired by Lessinia's vernacular constructions.
