ROIG 15
Our framework is the result of an extension built atop an existing residential building.
The construction quality is questionable, but so is its spatial coherence. The dwelling is staggered to bridge the level difference between the rooftop and the interior attic space.
Our approach is simply to establish a new scenario through a topographic intervention. The proposal plays with what it encounters—it is a game of levels: displacement, accumulation, and spacing, generating a new topography that floats in relation to the preexisting structure.
End of the game: three platforms, three domestic intensities.
