This project is located in the Orfèvres eco-district in the Ain department of France, as part of a development concession for Trévoux. The new 10-hectare district offers a peaceful setting primarily featuring single-family homes, all arranged around a public park.
The landscaped character of the site requires careful transition spaces between the street and flats. The heart of the block features a garden, with flats benefiting from double or even triple exposure. This project uses solid wood construction and a mix of wood and concrete, depending on the building heights.
