Industrial Building
The new building on the premises of Swiss Shielding Corporation provides
the company with additional storage space as well as new office and production
facilities.
The compact building consists of the steel structure of the warehouse and an
adjoining solid construction in exposed concrete quality – enveloped by a profiled,
perforated metal façade in a homogeneous dark brown colour. The entrance
façade with its generous staircase is closed with translucent windows. Striking
canopies on three sides structure the appearance of the building. The atrium on
the upper floor brings light and air inside, creates exciting visual references and,
together with the high-quality materialisation of the open office spaces, offers an
attractive quality of stay.
