The project of the Residential Unit for people suffering from dementia develops starting from the relationship with the existing building and the surrounding natural context, located at the foot of a hill. The concept is based on the idea of a contemporary cloister, a place that serves as a safe, welcoming and stimulating refuge for its inhabitants. The choice of a cloister as an architectural theme represents the desire to create an intimate and protected space, where guests can feel at home, surrounded by an atmosphere of calm and serenity. The structure is not just a building, but a living environment that promotes well-being and quality of life.
