The office believed that the architectural response had to be minimal: a set of dwellings with a limited surface, could be inserted into the existing landscape, providing the user with comfort, while coextisting with the environment with appropriate austerity. The rest was already there.
Two wood small elements that rests on a square fundations made off local stone walls with a panoramic view of the lake. The main structure is made up of a series of metal frames linked together, the outside is covered with specially treated wood that gives it a dark color. A unique space designed for cooking, resting and sharing. The architectural program is complemented by a bathroom overlooking nature and a small swimming pool surrounded by trees.
The metal porticos were built in a factory and assembled on site. While the walls, floors and ceilings were built by local carpenters.
