OLM NATURE ESCAPE
Well-being and comfort of a luxury facility in an informal atmosphere
A 110-meter circular ring structure born from an innovative bio-architecture project that makes sustainability its construction principle and its method of use.
The roof is completely covered with 1,200 solar panels that cover almost all of the energy needs. Of the approximately 40 rooms with outdoor space at OLM, 33 have a fully equipped kitchenette and 25 have a private Finnish sauna. The wild garden, the heated swimming pool surrounded by a natural swimming lake and the SPA area with a Kneipp path that ends right in the lake are the jewel in the crown of this Eco Aparthotel.
The architecture is inspired by the cyclical flow of nature; its circular shape and the materials used for the construction also recall an old millstone.
The interiors are a tribute to modernity, but at the same time make the environment warm and welcoming, offering a high-quality stay.
The facade is designed in a fan shape, which gives it a modern and dynamic look. The intelligent arrangement of the glass panels creates targeted views of the surrounding nature, as if they were framed by glass. This architectural design allows you to enjoy the beauty of the landscape with spectacular views of the Dolomites and the Tures and Aurina Valleys from different perspectives, integrating the natural environment into the building. In addition, the reflective glass surfaces mirror the surrounding flora, creating a harmonious connection between architecture and nature.
