Following the whims of the slope, the new winery is made up of two parts, one for the slope and the other for the public. Ageing cellars and storerooms interact with the wine-tasting area and museum space, subtly blending the act of making and the act of seeing. A zenithal light, large windows and a wide terrace interact with the site and enable visitors to taste the wine and enjoy the landscape.
