House in Villette
This large house is entirely new. It overlooks a vast valley carved by the Arve: a turbulent river that descends from Mont Blanc. We placed it diagonally on its plot so that it benefits as much as possible from the views and the sun. All around, a garden has been created in collaboration with the Belgian architect Erik Dhont.
There are three staircases in this house and multiple direct passages, some of them hidden. As it stretches around a large cedar tree, it is possible to wander inside it, improvising pathways that offer varied views of interior and exterior landscapes.
Being able to renew the spatial experience of one's own home is a playful and aesthetic experience that contributes to a constantly renewed sense of well-being.
