The project defines a model of city formed by a permeable curtain that protects an urban garden. The curtain, wants to emphasize the concept of "citadel" with a visually important volume from the material point of view and the "transparent" base, as a link with the urban fabric of the city, creating an osmotic relationship between internal and external flows; Like the walls of a military fortification, it opens to the city with unexpected spaces. A pedestrian and cycle path skirts uninterrupted the curtain wall and the urban garden inside, thus strengthening the idea of belt.
