Mini penthouse
In Chinatown, a one-bed apartment with an unused attic attached is transformed into a minute yet vertiginous penthouse. The project presents a white and neutral shell, highlighting the existing roof structure which along with a reclaimed oak parquet flooring is stained in black. An L-shaped partition made of Okoume plywood encompasses the kitchen, encloses the bathroom and provides a clutter-free space for conversation.
A northern microcosm of wood and lime.
