New Brewery for STABRÄU label, Via Cavour n.10, Bra (Cn), Italy
A low-detail design with cyberpunk suggestions, for a new brewery in the Italian province.
Dimensional datas: 3.3mX11m tables and counter area – 1.6mX6.5m behind the counter – 3mX5.5m kitchen – beyond toilets and various warehouses.
The concept of the venue was born on the tables of the nearby Antico Caffé Boglione, during long conversations with the founders of the beer label and their partners. Between meetings with suppliers and rants about art, cinema, utopias, dystopias, etc.. We was talking about beers, counter types, and space setup, driven by cyberpunk suggestions and post-apocalyptic atmospheres, remembering Mad Max or Blade Runner.
It was 2019.
Today, we like to look back on this absurd metal machine that was born at the turn of an era, simply to sell great beer.
