In the south of Munich on the banks of the Isar, the clients acquired a villa built in the 1960s. It is set in the middle of a lushly overgrown plot of land.
Despite being in a state of disrepair and various weird alterations and "embellishments", the good structure of the building could still be read. Based on this, the house was cleared from all unnecessary additional components and transformed into an open and cozy family home.
