The underground space, becomes hermetic from the building, is transformed and organized based on criteria of exchange, delimitation, retention and filtration of AIR and WATER. The space results in: a transition of rooms that enable body culture through physical activity or meditation; and an inhabited perimeter of facilities and services that allow the energetic synergies of the space and the building above.
