KILDA
Total refurbishment of commercial premises with a marked longitudinal geometry on the ground plan. The intervention is based on a perimeter action that organizes the space by separating parallel areas (public and production) from a central bar, while at the same time refining the limits of the interior to accommodate the uses of the program. At the back, a volume rises at an oblique position to accommodate the antechamber and act as a filter between the two differentiated areas. The project is finished off with a set of made-to-measure furniture that unifies the industrial character of the intervention.
