The apartment R405 is located near the city center of Bratislava. It is situated in a new residential neighborhood that was built during a gradual revitalization of abandoned inner-city industrial areas.
The proposal is about feeling of openness and simplicity. About atmospheres and views.
A transparent partition dividing central space and allow you to perceive and enjoy the whole depth of the space. Apartment is clear, open and bright.
The concept of materiality is one of the most fundamental and significant concepts in this design. The architectural space is minimalist and uncluttered approach, with a focus on raw and natural materials such as wood, glass, mirror and green color.
