Dolderstrasse
The duplex apartment at Dolderstrasse is part of a complex built in 2004. It is located in the upper and attic floor accessed from the ground floor and profits of a southeast orientation with view all over the city of Zurich.
Through the interior renovation the existing room structure is adapted to its new needs and an additional room has been created. Living, dining and cooking are being merged to a harmonic unity of spaces in the attic floor, which is rounded off with a sun terrace directed to the lake of Zurich. The dark blue kitchen dominates the scenery and exudes a slick elegance. On the lower level the private rooms are located, accessible through a corridor with a long wall made out of custom cupboards leading one through the lower floor. The master bedroom is completed with an en-suite bathroom. Doors, closets and railings are made of the same form and join the upper and lower floor together. The light oak parquet spreads all over the three floors as well as over the conjoining spiral staircase.
