The store is located in a suburban area with large pedestrian flow. For this reason, the project for this bakery was based on creating a fusion between kitchen, shop and exterior sidewalk, allowing not only the visitor to appreciate the different stages of the bread production process, but also the pedestrians that circulate through the street. From this notion, the transparent facade becomes the central element of the project, being the one that contains but at the same time allows visual interaction, dialogue between the interior space and the street outside.
