VILLA A
The building is a villa from the beginning of the last century, part of a large park subject to conservation constraint.
The intervention, although modest in size, aims to reconfigure some interior spaces through the selection of furniture and the positioning of new partitions to divide the spaces.
The choice of the operations to be carried out was made in the maximum respect of the existing structure and materials, with the aim of emphasizing the characteristic frescoes that decorate the rooms and the peculiar terrazzo floor, symbolic elements of the construction era.
The construction is stratified like so: on the ground floor the service rooms are located, kitchen, living rooms and study areas; on the first floor we can find the main bedrooms, private living rooms and bathrooms; on the second floor the guest bedrooms with complementary living rooms, kitchen and study areas.
The symmetrical layout of the spaces has been preserved, maintaining the rooms on the side of the large living rooms that divide the floor plan into three large naves.
