Ap Tucumã
Renovation of a 96m² apartment in a residential building located on Tucumã street in the city of São Paulo.
In addition to the floor plan changes needed in order to accommodate the owner's suite and two more bedrooms for his children, the intervention that gives a new face to the project is the interface chosen to replace the original wall between the kitchen and the living room.
The closure was executed in a metallic structure painted in gray and using 5 types of glass(transparent, dotted, corrugated, wire and hammered), which are responsible for the variations in tonality, luminosity and depth that break the monotony of the proposed minimalist atmosphere of the design.
