PACHUCA
The project Pachuca was developed in a lot where two apartments where projected as private houses. We wanted them to not have any neighbors, that is why the lot is surrounded by three main axes, taking the longest one as reference. The space is divided symmetrically into two parts, making the apartments parallel.
Taking the narrow dimensions into account, we conceptualized the surroundings with concrete walls that were direct and concise, we also conceptualized the interiors with wood. This created a frank and honest architecture in regards with its materials.
On the main floor we projected the garage and the service area; on the first floor the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen, with a view to an inside terrace, are located; on the second floor we put the living room and a bedroom; and, lastly, on the last floor there is an outside terrace and the main bedroom.
