Founded in the early twentieth century by Osvaldo Dal Farra in Puos nell'Alpago, over time the village inn is transformed into a restaurant and hotel, to the extent of gaining the important recognition of the Michelin star. Today the family business is led by chef-patron Renzo Dal Farra.
In 2018 Clinicaurbana is appointed to improve and update the restaurant rooms. These sit at the meeting point between the ancient stone building and the more recent concrete frame extension. The rift between the two spaces informs the design solution, which takes the shape of a large furniture element that accommodates: waiting service equipment, drinks and products display areas, command station, guéridons, electric cabinet, lights control panel and air conditioning unit. At the same time, this element encases the bearing structure and works as a filter between the entrance area with cash register and cloakroom and the more intimate dining area. Wide openings with deep reveals make it easy for the staff to circulate and to monitor the whole space.
