Billund Terrace
Billund Terrace is a sculptural apartment building maximized for sunlight and context. Adjacent to the LEGO House, it makes use of a blocky aesthetic to emphasize neighborhood cohesiveness. Large terraces oriented westward to the town square provide each apartment with a view, privacy, and ample light. The stacked blocks terminate in a large roof terrace that includes glass garden rooms.
The cascading volume makes all floors different from one another and creates 12 unique apartments. A retail space on the ground floor provides public access, while the basement is a private parking garage equipped with a car elevator.
