The new cooperative building connects the different scales of the surrounding area. Although the volume is optimized to the maximum allowed according to building laws, its full size cannot be perceived through it outside geometry. The staggered volume interlocks with the neighbourhood to generate a garden space of high quality. Every flat is oriented with its balcony to the south and offers a great view of the mountains.
