NEGOZIO EUGENIO LUSSANA
The shop is located in a village on the outskirts of Bergamo, inside an old building, and has multiple functions: sale of newspapers and various objects, perfumery. The room is small (thirty-five square meters) and needed a radical renovation, which started from the ceiling as the only source of light. This was split into two parts by a central double beam; on one side, a series of double coupled blades support the uprights of the rectangular opaline skylight, while the other part, the largest, is articulated on modular structures of double blades joined together with bolted screw clamps. On the walls are applied elements for the display of goods, rectangular and suspended from the ground; on the back wall reserved for the display of newspapers and magazines, coupled elements were inserted, such as slightly curved pockets. The bench, designed as a pull-out top, is supported on a transparent square frame. The rest of the furniture is reduced to the minimum terms. The pavement is rendered like a gray concrete slab carpet polished with iron plates juxtaposed.
