Danube is always on the move, goes through places and cities. The water adapts to the stationary architecture of the city as its taken out of context by filling up the chapel. The horizontal parts of the tin chapel symbolizes the ten countries which are connected by the Danube in a kind of hierarchical way, which leads to the question of responsibility. The spire is simply floating on the surface of the water.
