Its houses functions which include general office facilities, a cafeteria, and other amenities which are required for this type of building. Unlike the typical American high rise, the Olivetti building is formed from a central rectilinear two story building, roughly 115 meters by 40 meters, with two 25 x 30 x 60 meter tall towers located on opposite corners of the central building. The two towers are designed as inverted, top heavy cantilevers.
