Businesses in the media and advertising branches are to be located in the newly planned Schwedler Carré. The building for the Starcom advertising agency represents a high-class office and commercial building with a cafe and shops on the ground floor. The robust brick cube has a two-part vertical incision that provides additional possibilities of lighting the interior. The terrace spaces on the top floor are integrated in the cubic form by means of compact frames.
