The project is located on a sloped plot.
Here, the brie intends to develop a single family house with 4 bedrooms and a studio. Additionally, the client likes the idea idea of having a inner patio.
The morphology generate the section and its two core ideas: the view to the valley and the possibility create a hidden patio (with some privacy and not visible from the street level).
At the entrance level, two car parking and the gate with a staircase which go down.
At the main floor, a patio which divide the studio and the rest of the house. The living room is a long free space divided by the staircase. On the side, bathroom, technical shaft, terrace and kitchen area. the patio is more open to the side of the garden and the studio has a double view, in the living room and to the valley.
In the basement, the night area with the tv room. The slab follows the ground generating different ceiling's heights.
