Two unique apartments have been created within this 1860’s building in the inner-city Melbourne suburb of Fitzroy. The Victorian era building was carefully restored while it’s facade was left untouched - retaining the rich patina accumulated over the last 150 years.

A new two storey addition, clad in Spanish mosaic tiles, provides additional amenity and a generous rooftop terrace. A two storey glass bridge links the new and old buildings.
