The House of Switzerland Pavilion
The "House of Switzerland" pavilion was located in the Bosque de Chapultepec, emblematic place, the heart of Mexico City and the oldest urban park in America.
This project had two levels, its total height is 6.5 meters, with a front of 32 by 18 meters of depth, displaced on 343m², with 571m² of total built.
On the ground floor, there was an open forum space for cultural events, two thematic exhibitions, an area of commerce and basic services; the upper floor has three exhibition rooms.
During the International Festival Mextropoli, organized by Arquine magazine, in order to find different ways to think and intervene in the public space we installed a pavilion in the Alameda Central, which was seen, visited and used by thousands of people for ten days.
The pavilion provided a resting space; its upper floor functioned as a viewing point and the open forum, at the center, allowing some of the festival’s official activities with more than 150 guests.
