BOSQUES VALLARTA
The topography becomes architecture and the architecture is excavated from the ground.
To the west of the Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara and adjacent to the Primavera Forest, an important lung for the city, this mid-level housing development was built. It has tried to design a friendly and sensitive urbanization with its natural environment, with roads and paths with pavements that allow the infiltration of rainwater, and illuminated with dim light that does not cause disturbances in the nature and local fauna.
The central park seeks to reproduce a habitat similar to the Primavera Forest, with the flora typical of that protected natural area. The facilities are of a serene architecture, in harmony with the spirit of the place. The topography becomes architecture and the architecture is excavated from the ground. The materials chosen are those that provide the warmth of nature and place; a materiality friendly to the landscape, who in turn retains the character of the site and the feeling of living in the forest.
