The house, work of the architect Louis Colaux (1976), is located in the countryside of Famenne. The renovation intends to preserve the character of the house, which announces first solar houses. The principal volumetry develops on the south facade which is largely pierced, allowing to benefit from solar gains; but protected by an architectural overflow. The skin is replaced by a new performing envelope (roof, openwork cedar cladding, slates and existing stones, who were valorised).
