On a green corner in downtown Bologna, a penthouse with attic has been reconfigured with the aim of fully benefitting of the panorama and the luminous orientation. The rationalisation of the entrance and the distribution of the night zone has been centred on a new service volume that, exploiting the double height under the pitched roof, generates an accessory mezzanine. A new light and thin steel stair, filtering the sunlight from the window, brings to the roof terrace.
