Nobel forum in Lindau (Bodensee)
Since 1951 and every year, almost 30 Nobel Prize laureates and 500 scientists from all over the world meet in Lindau.
For this occasion they need a place to meet, to discuss, and to work together. Plus 30 apartments have been planned to make easy the reunion.
On this area has been built in 1962 the Felix Wankel - Institut.
The new nobel forum had to include this existing building and to propose a clever approach to link it with the environment. On top of that, the connections between the city of Lindau and the shore of the Constance lake were critical.
