Two brothers
In the contemporary era, the great accelerations due to a hectic working life mean that younger and younger people are more and more often driven by personal or other will to live in ever-smaller spaces.
TWO BROTHERS is the result of a personal will and the choice of living in minimal spaces.
TWO BROTHERS is the story of two sets of things that, despite the aesthetic and linguistic differences, are combined together in a sequence of environments.
At the beginning there were two things: a 20mq loft covered with furniture, lamps, appliances, junk food, and a 54sqm apartment in a peripheral area, inserted in a 1960s building context. The request was to merge the two components and make them a home.
TWO BROTHERS is a project that pivots on adaptation and juxtaposition of new objects with those resuscitated by a garage, which define the zero degree of intervention. The structural and architectural nature is closely linked to the position of the furnishings. The result is the definition of a hybrid, of an equivocal object that synthesizes a possibility of living the home walls.
