Ap Cobogó

Reform of a 98m2 apartment located in the Jardim Paulistano, in São Paulo. Nicknamed Ap Cobogó due to use of traditional hollow ceramic block (widely used throughout the country), the project takes advantage of this construction element exploring their function, color, graphics or light effects.
The Cobogó used as partition walls or lining was also incorporated into the furniture specifically designed for the site.
Other materials used were burnt cement floors and countertops, iron and painted with red lead rebar and plywood used raw. The existing taco was cleared and the walls were stripped to leave the brick.
