CASA S
The residential unit, derived from a twentieth century industrial building, inherits the memory of its roots in the top and linear volume with large stained-glass openings.
From the entrance the house is on two levels, then it expands into a bright living and ends in a large terrace.
Outer space, intimate and protected by the green and by the Canadian cedar, is a full-fledged "outdoor room", the public heart of the house.
The rest of the house is structured by the light, by the Iranian travertine, four woods (elm, oak, ash and larch) and four metals (lead, burnished iron, zinc and brass).
