The CEFA Tubize takes its essence from an urban opportunity, the site allows to develop the projet from side to side of the plot. This choice creates an urban sign that gives a new public connection, a path through the site that links the village with the canal.

The project layout comes from this will, the building is developped on its longitudinal sense, giving a public façade to this new urban connection.

The internal organisation proposes assembling three functions, a complex program, into a same volume to create a real public pole. The building has a strong architectural identity, using materials and a structural system inspired by industrial architecture, which reinforces its rationality and its readability.
