The project, located in the second phase of the ZAC Confluence (designated development area) and positioned right next to the Sainte-Blandine-Perrache district in Lyon, calls for a synthetic approach and coordination with the adjacent districts. The building is divided into three parts: a lower area aligned with the level of the railway lines; a crenellated main building provided with balconies and loggias; and an emerging structure that places particular emphasis on the urban silhouette. The envelope enclosing the buildings plays a dual role of providing thermal control and being an external space that can be modulated according to the season and the needs of the residents.
