The programme provided by the Alos town council and the Soule-Xiberoa combined district council therefore involves renovating the house as a childcare

centre that can be used by local associations outside school holidays and creating a community centre on the plot with multiple uses: school canteen for the children in the centre, gym for the children's activities, and association space for inhabitants to use (neighbourhood meals, card games or pelota tournaments, etc.)

Finally, the programme envisages outdoor spaces: car park, fronton (pelota court), boule pitch, playground and finally, a wood-fired boiler to heat the premises
