At the old village green of Schöneiche is a historical farmstead situated in the ensemble of protection. The old, unstable broken stone building in the garden should conservated in form and dimensions. The decision was to build a included timber construction in between the old ground view, in the profile of the historical house, without to touch the old mainwalls.
